What is Lemongrass good for? Lemongrass essential oil is a very popular and fresh smelling scent. It is by far one of our most popular soap bars and one of my personal favourites, I always look forward to making up a new batch! Lemongrass contains substances that are known to relieve pain and swelling, reduce fever, improve cognitive efficiency and relax smooth muscle.
