Can I trust your products?
Absolutely. We use the finest ingredients, many of which are locally sourced. Our products are carefully tested before they are sold and undergo constant testing to ensure consistency, quality and safety. Our products are made in small batches by hand, this is to ensure the quality is maintained and to guarantee that you receive products that are delightfully made.
№1 Who can use your products?
Our products can be used by anyone over 36 months of age. We recommend that children and animals are are supervised when bathing with our products.
№2 How do we use your products?
Our premium and associated handmade products are unique, we make them ourselves and they are all very simple to use. Please read the directions on the packaging before use.
№3 How long do your soaps stay fresh?
We recommend that our soaps are used within 3 to 12 months of purchase, this guarantees maximal lather and the most intense scent. However, our products are pretty special and will last much longer if stored correctly, some will last up to 12 months. Soap deterioration depends on humidity to a large extent. If you buy soap as a decretive item, keep it away from moisture and it may last even longer. Always read the product item page before use.
№4 What is the best way to store products?
Each one of our products should be stored differently but as a general rule, all of our products need to be kept dry, out of direct sunlight and at room temperature. Please try to ensure your soap is placed on a protective surface when not in use, such as a soap dish or grid that allows the soap to drain. Flat surfaces inhibit the drainage of excess water after use. Always ensure you read the product item page or packaging for full storage recommendations.
№5 Can I use your soap if I am pregnant?
Nearly all of our products are safe to use when pregnant, we always recommend that you do your own personal research first and we strongly recommend that, if in any doubt, you must seek medical advice first to establish the best products for you. With that in mind however, we always suggest that products containing Clary Sage, Cinnamon, Rosemary and Raspberry leaf are to be avoided. Your GP or specialist can advice further.
№6 Do you test products on animals?
Absolutely NOT. We do not test products on animals, and we never will. You can buy ALL our products in complete peace of mind knowing that animals have not been involved at any stage.
№7 Do you use animal products in your soap?
We sometimes use honey in our soaps but apart from that there are NO animal derived ingredients (e.g., glycerin) included in our handmade soaps. This makes them suitable for vegetarians.
№8 I have sensitive skin. Which soap is best for me?
We have a selection of products especially suitable for sensitive skin coming soon. However, all of our soaps are made with sensitive skins in mind.

№1 Can I place an order over the telephone?
If you’re having trouble with an online order, simply contact us HERE and we’ll be delighted to help. Our support lines are open Monday-Friday between 10am and 4.30pm (excluding bank holidays).
№2 I ordered the wrong product, can you help?
If we have not yet dispatched your products, then yes, we can certainly help. Please email us HERE. Please note: most orders placed before 2pm are dispatched on the same day, so please call us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake on your order.
PAYMENT QUESTIONS
№1 What payment methods do you accept?
Our current payment methods are: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
№2 What currencies do you accept?
Unfortunately we only accept GBP (£) at present.
№3 When will I be charged for an order?
All payments are processed straight away on our website. All items are shipped between 2pm and 5pm between Monday and Friday (excluding bank holidays).

№1 What are your shipping methods?
Our current shipping methods are: Royal Mail - UK Delivery FREE over £20 and £3.25 under £20.00
№2 How quickly do you dispatch my items?
We try our best to dispatch all goods on the same day but delivery to your address can take up to 3/4 days to arrive, please follow the tracking emails for updates.
№3 Do you deliver to non-mainland UK?
No.
№4 Do you provide international delivery?
Yes. But only to the U.S.

№1 When do I qualify for a refund?
You qualify for a refund only if we have :-
1. provided you with the wrong items, or
2. if your items were faulty when received.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot provide refunds for any other reason. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
№2 How do refunds work?
If you quality for a refund (see: “When do I qualify for a refund?” above ^) then please contact us immediately by emailing [email protected] by this website or via your Amazon app. If your refund application is accepted, we will send your payment back directly, via the method you used to purchase the items. The agreed refund value will then arrive within 3-5 working days.
